Video game proportions.
(thanks for your patience, ladies. today’s usual will be a bit late as well but you will get two.-ramps)
Fruit Pizza
for the crust:
- 1 1/2 cup thoroughly crumbled wheat graham crackers
- 1/3 cup butter or butter substitute (melted)
- 1/4 cup sugar
for the ‘sauce’:
- 3/4 cup no-fat plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
for the topping:
- any sliced up fruit that you want! i used strawberries, kiwi, and blueberries.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until thoroughly mixed.
- on a pizza dish, spread out crust mixture and press evenly until pizza dish is covered.
- bake crust for 5 minutes, then let it sit until at room temperature.
- combine all ingredients for ‘sauce’ in a bowl. spread evenly onto cooled crust.
- top with your favorite fruit. as much or as little as you would like!
Dearmotherfucknut, how on this green earth does she do that? (Sorry, that’s my way of expressing astonishment.)
I don’t normally post this kind of stuff, but this is an admirable and (surprisingly) attainable level of flexibility, and I think it’s just awesome.
